Dallas Mavericks will play without their superstar Luka Doncic vs the Oklahoma City Thunder Sunday. Doncic re-injured the ankle during Friday’s road loss, and he admitted he should not have played in the fourth quarter of the game.

Doncic sprained his ankle on Nov. 15 and missed three consecutive games, having faced several instances of soreness since then.

The Dallas Mavericks are 0-4 in the games that Doncic missed, with the latest loss coming against the Memphis Grizzlies. He sat out this game with left ankle soreness.

The Mavericks have regularly faced several ups and downs throughout the season being under 500. After the loss to the Pacers Friday, Dallas fell to 12-13.
