James Worthy was not satisfied with the performance of the Los Angeles Lakers in the 95-108 road loss to the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Lakers and NBA legend said lack of concentration and the number of turnovers cost the 17-time champions a big win on the road.
“27 points off of turnovers, you can’t afford to do that on the road,” James Worthy said during his appearance on Spectrum Sportsnet. The Lakers finished the game with 22 turnovers, which gave the Grizzlies several easy points.
The visitors (13-13) will now seek to return to the winning track, as they play the Oklahoma City Thunder (8-16) on the road on Friday night.
