The Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James handled his old friend Isaiah Stewart and the Detroit Pistons 110-106 last night, which was a good bounce-back win after starting their weekend with a triple-overtime loss to the Sacramento Kings on Friday.

Laker Nation may have gotten an injury scare as the King was seen holding his side after some contact late in the game yesterday, but assured reporters afterward quote: “I’m alright. I’ll be ready to go on Tuesday.”

The three-time Super Bowl champion and Pro Football Hall of Famer, Shannon Sharpe, share his takeaway from LeBron’s two home games last weekend:

“The Lakers are in trouble because they can’t defend. You’re asking guys to defend who have never had to play defense before. I haven’t seen the consistency for me to say the Lakers are turning the corner.”
