Houston Rockets have lost 15 games in a row starting the 2021-22 regular season. Even for a rebuilding franchise like the Rockets, the series of unfortunate results may put head coach Stephen Silas’ future in jeopardy.

According to Bleacher Report’s Jake Fischer, Rockets brass are weighing the future of Stephen Silas, who may follow Luke Walton as the next coach to get fired in the NBA.

GM Rafael Stone’s front office has directed the coaching staff to develop. After Morey stepped away from the organization, Stone was upgraded and hired Silas while the franchise still intended to convince Harden to stay. Silas was not hired for a rebuild.

The Rockets have started the season with a 1-16 record, with many NBA peers criticizing Silas’ team for its disorganized and turnover-heavy offense.

The Rockets have the worst record in the league through seventeen games in the 2021-22 regular season.
