This past offseason, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was traded by the Los Angeles Lakers to the Washington Wizards. The 28-year-old shooting guard spent four years with the purple and gold before getting traded.

“I’m happy where I’m at,” KCP said. “I wasn’t really too upset about what happened with the trade or anything. Brad is a great friend. We talked about playing with each other. So it was no biggie for me. Already coming off a championship. It’s time to move on.”

This season, Caldwell-Pope is averaging 9.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game for Washington as the team occupies the second place in the Eastern Conference.
