Dirk Nowitzki is the greatest player in Dallas Mavericks history. He is the franchise leader in points, rebounds, blocks, games played, minutes, free throws, to name a few statistical categories.
The NBA legend is currently working as a special advisor in the organization. January 5 is expected to be a special night for the franchise and Dirk.
Nowitzki spent all of his NBA career in Dallas. He stayed with the team 21 years, winning an NBA championship and several other accolades as the Mavericks’ franchise cornerstone.
