Wayne Ellington played 30 minutes coming off the bench for the Los Angeles Lakers in a win over the San Antonio Spurs. The 33-year-old sharp shooter made 5 of his 7 three-pointers as he scored 15 points.
After the game, he was asked about his three-point shooting. “I felt good all morning. Just wanted to get in the game and get into a flow,” Ellington said postgame. “Seen my first going in, pretty clean after that I knew it’s going to be a good day.”
This season, Ellington is averaging 7.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.6 assists in 21.4 minutes per game.
