Nikola Vucevic tested positive for COVID-19, enters NBA’s health and safety protocols

Chicago Bulls star center Nikola Vucevic has tested positive for COVID-19 and entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Vucevic, having positive signs, needs to remain from the sidelines for 10 days or until he has two negative PCR tests in a 24-hour timeline.

With that, he will miss the Bulls’ marquee matchup against the league No. 1 Golden State Warriors on Thursday and the other four West Coast scheduled games.

Vuc is averaging 13.6 points, 10.9 rebounds and 4.3 assists for the Bulls in 11 games so far this season, good for an 8-3 record.
