Bayern Munich continued its winning streak to remain at the top of the easycredit BBL standings alongside Hamburg Towers, Bonn and Brose Bamberg.

The German Cup holders prevailed over Oldenburg (93-80) behind Deshaun Thomas’ 17-point performance. Telekom Baskets Bonn celebrated a “wire-to-wire” victory against s.Oliver Würzburg (87-79).

Parker Jackson-Cartwright and Karsten Tadda each scored 16 points to secure their team’s second consecutive victory and climb to the top of the German Bundesliga after seven games.

The defense of the Hamburg Towers brought down the table leaders BG Göttingen, as the Violets scored just 46 points against Pedro Calles’ side.

Jaylon Brown posted 22 points, plus four rebounds and three assists to lead Hamburg to an 83-46 victory to improve to a 5-2 record.

Brose Bamberg remained at the top of the table after earning a hard-fought 72-77 road win over Fraport Skyliners. Kenny Ogbe got 12 points, but also grabbed eight rebounds for the winning side.

ALBA Berlin continued to climb up the table thanks to its second success in the row. The reigning champions came away with a 92-72 victory over SYNTAINICS MBC. Yovel Zoosman posted a new personal best with 15 points for ALBA.
