The Los Angeles Lakers got a gritty win against the Houston Rockets with a final score of 119-117 at Staples Center. LeBron James scored 14 of his game-high 30 points in the final period, saying afterwards quote: “It was my job in the fourth quarter to bring us home and make plays.”
The three-time Super Bowl Champion and Pro Football Hall of Famer, Shannon Sharpe, shared some of his thoughts about James’s performance with the Big 3 vs. the Rockets: “In the first 3 quarters he was getting everyone else involved, he let Russ do his thing and was finding AD. But when the game needed to be taken over in the 4th quarter, it’s exactly what he did.”
