Day five of 2021 NBA Preseason featured 3 games on Thursday night.

Second year Memphis guard Desmond Bane put up an impressive 19 points vs. Charlotte.

Toronto Raptors

Precious Achiuwa: Achiuwa brings big man skills that Toronto didn’t have last season. Exciting potential. 10 points, 8 rebounds

Malachi Flynn: Shot the ball well last night on good looks. Overall game continues to expand. 13 points, 3-5 3-PT

Scottie Barnes: Playmaking has been electric early on. Expect Barnes to have a nice rookie year. 8 points, 5 assists

Gary Trent Jr: Trent can score the ball at a very high clip when he’s in the zone. Traded over from Portland for Norman Powell last season. 12 points, 2 rebounds

Justin Champagnie: Has shown off a smooth feel for the Raptors. Also came up with 2 steals on Thursday. 10 points, 6 rebounds

Svi Mykhailiuk: Underrated athlete with shooting and ball handling skills. Scores well with or without the ball. 11 points, 5-7 FG

Isaac Bonga: Played hard on both ends in short minutes. Bonga is currently battling for a roster spot with Toronto. 2 points, 1 block

Philadelphia 76ers

Georges Niang: Continues to fit in on every team he plays for. Career 40.4% three point shooter. 16 points, 4-7 3-PT

Isaiah Joe: Joe improved all aspects of his game during the offseason. Also had 2 steals vs. Toronto. 15 points, 3-4 3-PT

Tyrese Maxey: Confident guard who embraced his role off the bench in 2020-2021. Can take over games on offense. 14 points, 5 assists

Andre Drummond: Drummond looks ready to play extremely hard for his new team. Few big men can put up his numbers off the bench. 10 points, 7 rebounds

Danny Green: Green shot 40.5% from three point range last season. 3x champion entering his second season in Philly. 11 points, 3-6 3-PT

Paul Reed: Reed definitely can make a difference in short minutes. Continues to show off a versatile skillset. 7 points, 3 rebounds

Shake Milton: Knows how to get an offense going by scoring and passing. Playmaking stood out last night. 5 points, 4 assists

Memphis Grizzlies

Desmond Bane: Shooting continues to be super consistent. Also dished out 2 assists and grabbed 6 rebounds vs. Charlotte. 19 points, 3-5 3-PT

De’Anthony Melton: Underrated guard who makes a big impact on both ends. Expect another solid season for Melton. 11 points, 3-5 3-PT

James Bouknight: Talented young player to keep an eye on. Showing off a versatile scoring ability through two preseason games. 17 points, 4 rebounds

JT Thor: Rookie out of Auburn with high level potential. 6’10” big man who can handle the ball. 6 points, 2 assists

Kai Jones: Has made the most of his short minutes so far. Getting better every day. 5 points, 3 rebounds

Jalen Green: The #2 pick shined in the G League last season. Knocked down 4 three pointers on Thursday. 20 points, 5 rebounds

Josh Christopher: Christopher has played great so far during preseason. Versatile rookie with a bright future. 12 points, 6 rebounds

Daniel Theis: Consistent veteran big man. Brings playoff experience to a young Houston club. 10 points, 5-7 FG

KJ Martin: Martin had a solid rookie season last year. Competes with high intensity every possession. 10 points, 8 rebounds

Alperen Sengun: Basketball IQ has made an impact early on. Also dished out 3 assists vs. Miami. 9 points, 6 rebounds

Armoni Brooks: Shooter that can heat up quickly. Underrated scorer with ball handling skills. 9 points, 3-4 3-PT

David Nwaba: Consistency and energy have stood out his whole career. Averaged a career high 9.2 PPG last season. 8 points, 4 rebounds

Dante Exum: Exum’s playmaking can help bring a spark off the bench. Still very young at 26. 3 points, 6 assists
