Carmelo Anthony will make his preseason debut with the Los Angeles Lakers in the road game against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
According to head coach Frank Vogel, Carmelo Anthony and Anthony Davis will play for the Lakers. On the other hand, LeBron James and Russell Westbrook will not be available.
The two superstars, along with Carmelo Anthony, didn’t play in the preseason opener vs the Nets on Sunday. Davis, on the contrary, only played the first quarter.
Anthony will most likely come off the bench for the Lakers this season. For their part, James, Westbrook and Davis will be in the starting lineup.
