In this VladTV clip, former NBA guard Rafer Alston, also known as Skip to my Lou or Skip 2 My Lou, described returning to the U.S. to play in the NBA’s D-League (now called the G-League). Alston said he was chosen to play for Los Angeles’ D-League team by the same coach who no longer wanted him to be a part of the Golden State Warriors. The same coach refused to play Rafer and claimed he came into camp out of shape. Alston denied the claim and stated that during his entire career, the only teammate whose conditioning was better than his was Ray Allen:
