In this VladTV clip, a former NBA guard Rafer Alston, also known as Skip to my Lou or Skip 2 My Lou, talked about his experience with the Milwaukee Bucks and having more appreciation for his time there. Rafer discussed briefly being out of the league but learning the politics of the NBA during that time. He revealed how pivotal two 10-day contracts were for his career taking off.

Alston also talked about his time playing for the Miami Heat and having the opportunity to be teammates with Dwyane Wade and Lamar Odom. Rafer then talked about landing his first and only major deal that was worth $30 million over 6 years (incentives included) with the Toronto Raptors… He discussed calling Jalen Rose a terrible teammate but admitted the tension was reciprocal:
