Rajon Rondo is expected to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, after clearing waivers.
Rondo, who agreed to a buy-out with the Memphis Grizzlies, will fill one of the final spots in the roster of the Lakers for the 2021/22 season.
The veteran guard will return to Los Angeles after an one-year absence. He helped the Lakers win the NBA championship back in 2020.
Aside from Rondo, the Lakers are seeking for a big man (they have been linked to DeAndre Jordan) in order to complete their roster.
