Wizards-Pacers Summer League game postponed

The NBA is postponing the Summer League game tonight between the Indiana Pacers and Washington Wizards in Las Vegas due to health and safety protocols, according to Shams Charania.

The Wizards do not have enough players to proceed with tonight’s game due to ongoing contact tracing within the team, the league announced.

It was recently announced on August 7 that three Wizards players entered the health and safety protocols including guards Cassius Winston and Issuf Sanon, as well as recently drafted rookie Isaiah Todd.

Those three players were replaced by Cheick Diallo, Asante Gist and Derrick Walton Jr. on the Summer League roster.

There were originally eight Summer League games on the slate today, but after the postponement of the Wizards-Pacers game, there are seven.
