DeMar DeRozan returns to the Eastern Conference after a two-year absence and will now play for the Chicago Bulls.

DeRozan, who had a $27.7M player option for next season, agreed to a three-year, fully-guaranteed deal with the Bulls, worth a total of $85M.

The veteran guard/forward joined the Bulls via a sign-and-trade deal with the Spurs, where San Antonio will get Thad Young, Al-Farouq Aminu, the 2025 first-round pick and the 2022 and 2025 seconds.

DeRozan had been linked with the Lakers for several weeks, however he eventually decided to sign with the Bulls.
