Alex Antetokounmpo will join the Sacramento Kings’ Summer League roster, Jason Jones of the Athletic reports. The youngest of the five Antetokounmpo brothers wasn’t selected by any team in the 2021 Draft.
Before the 2021 NBA Draft, the 19-year-old guard/forward worked out for the Houston Rockets, the Indiana Pacers and the San Antonio Spurs.
Last summer, Alex Antetokounmpo turned down offers from colleges and decided to sign a contract with Spanish ACB League club Murcia.
He mostly played with the club’s B’ team as he was working out to build his skill set for the NBA. Antetokounmpo went to Dominican High School, before going pro last season.
