Magic Johnson took to Twitter and reacted to the Los Angeles Lakers acquiring Russell Westbrook via a trade from the Washington Wizards.
Johnson, a Lakers and NBA legend, shared his excitement for Westbrook joining the Lakers, which enables the team to create its own Big-3.
“With Westbrook joining LeBron and AD, the Lakers now have their version of the Big 3. All we need now is a couple of shooters and we’ll be tough to beat!!” Magic Johnson tweeted.
Russell Westbrook still has two years and $91M on his current contract and signs with the Lakers in order to fight for the championship.
