Darren Wolfson of 5 Eyewitness News in Minneapolis reports that the Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers, and Boston Celtics currently monitoring the Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio, who is in the final year of his contract and is set to make $17.8 million this upcoming season:
This past season, Rubio, 30, averaged 8.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 6.4 assists while shooting at 38.8% from the field and 30.8% from beyond the arc. During his career against the Lakers, Rubio averaged 12.7 points and shot 43.6% from the floor and 37.6% from deep.
