Spain will not be in full force in the Olympic Games, as Juancho Hernangomez was ruled out of the tournament.

Hernangomez was dealing with a left shoulder injury he suffered in a preparation game vs France a few weeks ago.

However, after making significant progress, he was included in the final roster of Spain for the tournament.

According to Marca, though, the Minnesota Timberwolves have not allowed Hernangomez to play in the tournament.

Even though he has been cleared to play, they are afraid he can re-aggravate his injury.

As a result, Spain will replace him with Xavi Lopez-Arostegui of Valencia.

Spain will face Japan in their opening game on Monday.
