The Los Angeles Lakers are once again being linked with the San Antonio Spurs star DeMar DeRozan. According to Evan Massey of NBA Analysis Network, the 2020 NBA champions do have interest in the 31-year-old small forward. He notes that a sign-and-trade for him would be necessary and very doable for the Lakers.
DeRozan, who is a four-time NBA All-Star, averaged 21.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.9 assists per game for the Spurs this past season. He’s been linked with the Lakers in the past, but the trade never materialized.
