The Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Brooklyn Nets in their preseason opener on October 3.
According to the official schedule, which was released earlier today, the Lakers and the Nets will square off at Staples Center in their forst preseason game.
In addition, the Lakers will play the Phoenix Suns (October 6, 10) and the Golden State Warriors (October 8, 12) twice. They will finish their preseason vs the Sacramento Kings on October 14.
The NBA is planning to start the 2021/22 season on Tuesday, October 19.
