Blake Griffin returned to the playoffs with the Brooklyn Nets after missing out postseason in 2019-2020. The 32-year-old former number one draft pick left the Detroit Pistons on a buyout and joined Brooklyn this season in order to have a chance of winning a championship.

Even though the Nets’ season ended before even reaching the Conference Finals, Griffin is happy with his choice. “I’m still happy with my decision,” he said after Game 7 loss, per Ajayi Browne. He averaged 8.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 11 playoff games for the Nets.

Griffin, who will become an unrestricted free agent this summer, also received a question about his plans for the future. “I don’t know, the game ended an hour ago,” he responded, per Alex Schiffer.
