Clippers’ Ty Lue says he’s optimistic about Kawhi Leonard’s knee injury

Los Angeles Clippers made known that Kawhi Leonard will miss an unknown amount of time with a knee injury. Leonard’s status is in the air as the Clippers’ superstar will undergo more testing over the next few days.

Prior to Game 5 vs. Jazz, the LA Clippers head coach Ty Lue shared his perspective on Kawhi knee issue and claimed he is optimistic for a quick return.

Leonard suffered a right knee sprain in Game 4 of the series vs. the Utah Jazz. The Clippers announced today that there is not timetable for their superstar right now.

With series tied at 2-2, Clippers will have to find a way to play without their no.1 option in the offensive end at least until they find out how much time will miss.
