Charles Barkley on Bucks in Game 5 vs. Nets: “That was awful basketball”

The Milwaukee Bucks did not take advantage of the Brooklyn Nets missing Kyrie Irving and playing injured James Harden as they lost Game 5 of the second round.

Kevin Durant was unstoppable with a massive triple double of 49 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists helping his team take a 3-2 lead in the series.

NBA legend Charles Barkley was disappointed with the Bucks, saying they played awful basketball. “That was embarrassing for basketball. To lose that game.. You could tell they were going to lose that game at half time,” he said on Inside The NBA.

“You play to win the game. And that was one of the dumbest games. I am so mad right now because they got a bunch of really good guys and they played dumb and they deserved to lose that game. Shout out to Kevin Durant and Jeff Green. But the other team had to do something with it. That was awful basketball.”
