Kendrick Perkins was not satisfied with the selections of the NBA regarding the All-Defensive Teams.
Perkins couldn’t understand why Giannis Antetokounmpo was in the All-Defensive First Team and Jimmy Butler in the Second Team.
“Giannis making 1st team NBA All Defense over Jimmy Butler is a damn CRIME!!! Jimmy only led the league in steals this season and btw Giannis don’t be guarding NOBODY. Carry the hell on,” Perkins tweeted.
Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, Draymond Green, Ben Simmons and Rudy Gobert were in the All-Defensive First Team of the league. Meanwhile, Butler, Bam Adebayo, Joel Embiid, Matisse Thybulle and Kawhi Leonard were selected in the All-Defensive Second Team.
