Joel Embiid reacts to Sixers’ Game 3 win over Hawks

Philadelphia 76ers reclaimed the home court advantage thanks in part to Joel Embiid’s dominant second half performance in Game 3 of the series vs. Atlanta.

After the game, the All-Star big took to Twitter to react to the 76ers’ 127-111 win in Atlanta. Embiid posted a game-high 27 points along with eight assists and nine rebounds.

Embiid, who is playing through a lateral meniscus tear in the last 3 games, told reporters he has to keep going after another dominant performance in Game 3.

“I’m OK. I’m standing up, I’m walking. I finished the game. I’m going to keep getting back up, I’m going to keep fighting. … That’s been my motto. Whatever happens, get back up and keep it going,” Embiid said, per Noah Levick of NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Through three games vs. the Hawks, the big man has averaged 35.3 points, 10.3 rebounds and 4.7 assists being nothing short of dominant so far.

Game 4 of the series is on Monday with Atlanta hosting the Sixers again.
