Jason Kidd is expected to be among the candidates for the head coaching job of the Boston Celtics, per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
Kidd, who is an assistant coach of the Lakers, has been linked to several teams that are in search for a new head coach.
“Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach Jason Kidd and former Atlanta Hawks coach Lloyd Pierce are expected to be head-coaching candidates for the Boston Celtics, league sources tell Yahoo Sports,” Haynes reports.
The Celtics are in search for a new head coach, as Brad Stevens replaced Danny Ainge and became president of basketball operations.
