Rajon Rondo reacts to facing hostile crowd in Dallas

Two-time NBA champion Rajon Rondo visited his former team the Dallas Mavericks as the Los Angeles Clippers faced the host in Game 3 of the first round series.

The 35-year-old point guard, who won a ring last year with the Los Angeles Lakers, did not get a warm welcome as the crowd at American Airlines Center was hostile towards him.

That didn’t bother Rondo. Quite the opposite, he admitted to enjoying playing in such environments. “This is what I thrive on. I love going against all odds,” he said, per Mark Medina.

Rondo finished the game with 6 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists in 29 minutes of play as the Clippers secured their first win in the series and now trail 1-2 against the Mavs.
