Kawhi Leonard on Clippers’ Game 1 loss to Mavs: “Nothing good comes easy”

Los Angeles Clippers fell short in Game 1 of the series against the Dallas Mavericks, losing 103-113 to Luka Doncic and co. on Saturday.

Despite their bad start in the postseason, the Clippers’ superstar Kawhi Leonard remains positive ahead of Tuesday’s Game 2.

“Up one, down one, you gotta come out and play the same basketball game,” Leonard said after tonight’s loss, per Sports Illustrated.

“Nobody was really down on the game. Obviously, nobody wants to lose, but our spirits are still high and we believe in ourselves. Nothing good comes easy.”

Leonard had a team-high 26 points in Game 1, however his production was not followed by a win for the Clippers. The LA Clippers and Dallas Mavericks will return to Staples Center on Tuesday night for Game 2.
