Vogel called this matchup a ‘big challenge’, while he had high praise for Golden State superstar Stephen Curry.
“Steph is playing out of this world. It’s going to be a big challenge, but one our guys are up to. Very impressed with their defensive performance this year. They have a top five defense and obviously Steph is out of this world,” Frank Vogel said, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.
Frank Vogel and the Lakers have to defeat Curry and the Warriors to claim the seventh place in the standings. The loser of this game will face the winner of Grizzlies – Spurs matchup for the eighth spot in the West.
