Anthony Davis said the Lakers have no other option, but to defeat the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night.
Davis said the Lakers need to be at their very best in order to beat the Warriors and claim the seventh place in the West.
“We controlled what we can control…We’re gonna play Golden State and do everything we can to win that game and be the 7 seed in the playoffs,” Davis said, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.
If Davis and the Lakers lose to Golden State, they will have another chance to qualify for the postseason, facing the winner of the Grizzlies – Spurs matchup on Friday.
