Lonzo & LaMelo Ball had plans set on becoming NBA players since they first picked up a basketball, accomplishing their future goals with ease by going top 3 in the draft. The two brothers have always trusted that hard work would guide them in the right direction, never feeling like getting to the league was a dream come true or a surprise. Lonzo recently talked to Shams Charania about growing up with the NBA as his family’s top priority.

“It wasn’t really a dream for us, it was a goal. We kind of expected to get here and we put a lot of work in to get here. We’re just trying to enjoy the journey, man. I think when it’s all said and done, as we get older we can sit down and really look back on it.”
