Kyle Lowry was unstoppable against the Los Angeles Lakers, leading the Toronto Raptors to the 121-114 win at Staples Center.
Lowry had 37 points (12/20 shooting, 8/13 shooting) and 11 assists against the Lakers, who actively pursued him before the trade deadline.
“There’s no extra motivation. I didn’t care about anything other than winning this game. I don’t give nobody credit. I just go out there and do my job,” Lowry told reporters afterwards, via Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports.
Despite attracting interest from the Lakers and other teams, Lowry eventually remained with the Raptors.
