The Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis missed two and a half months of basketball this season due to a calf injury. With 11 regular season games left to play, the reigning NBA champions don’t have much time to get the 28-year-old forward in shape for the playoffs.

Because of that, the Lakers have to use every game on their hands to play Davis. That includes back-to-back games which AD is planning to play in.

“I missed 30 games. So I think I had enough rest to be able to play those back-to-back’s,” Davis said after the win over the Orlando Magic. “So I plan on playing both ends of the back-to-back that we have.”
