Markieff Morris opened up about his decision to remain with the Los Angeles Lakers for another season.
Morris said he had better offers in free agency, but eventually decided to stay with the Lakers.
“I would rather come back home (to L.A.) where they know me. We talked about getting more money, and it was supposed to be that way, but even so, the Lakers just fit me best. It’s just a perfect fit for me,” Morris said, via Lakers Nation.
Morris has played consistently for the Lakers this season, especially during the absence of Anthony Davis.
