Bulls’ Zach LaVine enters health and safety protocol, out multiple games

Chicago Bulls All-Star Zach LaVine is expected to miss several games after entering into the league’s health and safety protocol, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

It’s unclear if LaVine came into contact with someone who tested positive, or if he actually tested positive himself.

The 26-year-old is averaging 27.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game (all career-highs), while shooting 50.6 percent from the field and 41.6 percent from three-point.

This is a tough blow for the Bulls who have lost four games in a row and 10 of their last 13.

They currently sit in the No. 10 spot in the Eastern Conference, which is the last play-in spot.

The Bulls had to cancel today’s practice due to health and safety protocol reasons.

The Bulls are scheduled to host the Memphis Grizzlies on April 16, but the cancellation of practice might put that game in doubt.
