Luka Doncic’s game-winning buzzer-beating three-pointer against the Memphis Grizzlies brought back the topic whether the young Dallas Mavericks star is clutch.
Sports analysts Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless, the co-hosts of UNDISPUTED, debated on the topic with the former saying that Luka’s latest game-winner proves that he is clutch while the latter disagreed.
“Go ahead and give this man his credit. He’s the real deal, Baby Bird is for real,” Sharpe said. “You need to put some respect on his name.”
“I’ll just quote the Great Luka Doncic,” said Bayless as he called Doncic-Bird comparison a “blasphemy”. “He said immediately after the game: ‘I was surprised it went in, it was lucky.’ I didn’t say it, he did! He shot a runner from the 3-point line!”
