Real Madrid officially announced the addition of the French international Vincent Poirier until 2024. The big man won’t be available in EuroLeague this season but will help the team in the ACB.
Poirier spent the last two seasons in the NBA playing for the Boston Celtics and the Philadelphia 76ers. He was shipped to the New York Knicks during the trade deadline on March, and later he was waived.
Before going to the NBA, the veteran big was part of Baskonia being one of the best rebounding bigs in the EuroLeague. He was part of the All-EuroLeague Second Team in 2019.
