Kyrie Irving will not be available for the Brooklyn Nets’ game vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves due to personal reasons, the team announced Sunday.

Irving was ejected in the third quarter of the Nets’ loss to the Lakers on Saturday, a quick-trigger ejection by the official after Irving was arguing with Dennis Schroder

In addition to Irving, the Nets will face Minnesota without James Harden, who’s recovering from a hamstring injury, while LaMarcus Aldridge is also out with a non-COVID related illness.

The Nets are coming off a blowout loss to the undermanned Los Angeles Lakers Saturday. At the same time, Kevin Durant will receive his first start after missing 23 games with a hamstring strain.
