Skip Bayless criticizes Gonzaga’s Jalen Suggs’ game-winning buzzer-beater over UCLA

Skip Bayless disagrees with the notion that Gonzaga-UCLA was one of the best games of the March Madness tournament. The game ended up with Jalen Suggs’ half-court buzzer-beater that sent the Bulldogs to the Final.

With the score tied at 90 apiece in overtime and only 3.3 seconds left on the clock, Gonzaga’s star recruit Jalen Suggs ran the ball into the frontcourt and hit an insane buzzer-beater over UCLA defenders.

The known TV persona spoke about how such a great game could be decided by a shot based on pure luck. Due to his lucky make, Bayless criticized Suggs for jumping over the scorers’ table like Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade.

Regardless of what Bayless thinks, Gonzaga will play against Baylor trying to win its first NCAA title in the history of the university. Baylor will also be a first-time winner, if they prevail on Monday night’s contest.
