Fenerbahce big Jan Vesely suffered an ankle injury during the first half of the game vs. FC Barcelona. Vesely exited the match and never returned.
The star forward/center will undergo an MRI that will determine the full extent of the damage, according to Ugur Ozan Sulak.
Vesely collided with FC Barcelona forward Leandro Bolmaro during a play in the first half. Vesely has had a great year so far for Fenerbahce averaging 13.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 29 minutes.
He has been instrumental in Fener’s 15-2 record in the last 17 EuroLeague game to bounce back from a 5-10 start at the beginning of the season.
