Montrezl Harrell had nothing but good words to say about Andre Drummond signing with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Harrell said the Lakers are looking forward to seeing the veteran center join the team and welcoming him to the roster.
“He’s a strong solid player on both sides of the floor. … We can’t wait for him to get here. We’re going to welcome him with open arms,” Harrell said, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.
Harrell had another solid performance for the Lakers this season, with 18 points (8/13 shooting) and 11 rebounds in the 93-96 win over the Magic.
Meanwhile, Andre Drummond has been out of action since February 12 and may need some time to return to shape.
