Magic trading Aaron Gordon to Nuggets

The Orlando Magic have reached an agreement to trade Aaron Gordon to the Denver Nuggets, according to Shams Charania.

The Nuggets are sending Gary Harris, rookie RJ Hampton and a first round pick to the Magic, while the Magic are also sending Gary Clark to the Nuggets, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Nuggets are trading their protected 2025 first round pick in the deal as well.

The Magic have now dealt away their best players in Nikola Vucevic to the Chicago Bulls, Evan Fournier to the Boston Celtics and now Gordon to the Nuggets.

In all three trades, the Magic have received three first round picks, two second round picks, Wendell Carter Jr., Otto Porter, Harris and Hampton.

In addition to Gordon, the Nuggets also acquired JaVale McGee from the Cleveland Cavaliers as they shore up their frontcourt depth for a deep playoff run later this season.
