Draymond Green recently made a bold claim by saying he is the best defender to ever play in the NBA. Former NBA star Chris Webber called the Golden State Warriors forward “crazy” for making such comment and went on to name other players that he considers better defenders.
Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe is of a similar opinion. “He should be thrown in jail,” he said on UNDISPUTED. “They should put a case on his butt for saying this out loud. Draymond Green is not even a Top 20 defender all time. He crazy, crazy.”
Sharpe then proceeded by naming players he thinks are better defenders that Green. His list included the likes of Hakeem Olajuwon, David Robinson, Dikembe Mutombo, Tim Duncan, Ben Wallace, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Kawhi Leonard and others.
