Clippers reportedly interested in Pacers’ guard Aaron Holiday

Los Angeles Clippers appear to be interested in adding a point guard moving towards the trade deadline. According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, the LA franchise is interested in Aaron Holiday.

The Pacers would consider moving the 24-year-old if a first-round pick is involved in the deal, Scotto wrote. The Clippers could also inquire for George Hill or Ricky Rubio, however Holiday could also be a legit guard option.

“The Los Angeles Clippers have expressed interest in Pacers guard Aaron Holiday, HoopsHype has learnedHe’s on their radar if they can’t acquire George Hill or Ricky Rubio on the trade market,” Scotto reports.

Holiday is averaging 6.9 points, 1.7 assists and 1.2 rebounds through 41 games as a part of a strong point guard tandem alongside Malcolm Brogdon and TJ McConnell.

The Pacers remain at the playoff race (19-23) despite this season’s ups and downs, especially since last month, where Indiana has won just four of its last 13 games.
