One of the top young players in the league, Ja Morant, attempted a behind the back crossover against the Golden State Warriors. Journalist Lang Whitaker saw similarities between the Memphis Grizzlies star’s move and Jamal Crawford, who turned 41-years-old that day.
Morant later confirmed that he indeed tried to make the move for Crawford as a birthday present. Veteran guard who last played for the Brooklyn Nets in the Orlando bubble last season, appreciated Morant’s gesture by calling him one of his favorite young players.
