Orlando Magic are willing to trade Aaron Gordon for the right combination of draft compensation and young talent, according to the latest reports.
Gordon, who dropped 38 points vs. Brooklyn Friday, could be one of the hottest names ahead of the trade deadline, However, Orlando is not expected to just give him away, Michael Scotto of Hoopshype reports.
“To pry Gordon from the Magic, it would cost a first-round pick and a good young player, league sources told HoopsHype.”
It’s still unclear if the Magic could decrease their price for the high-flying forward as we’re approaching the 25 March trade deadline.
Gordon is averaging 14.8 points and 6.8 rebounds a game for Orlando this season, and he is a plus defender at the three or the four.
Several teams reportedly showed interest in Gordon including the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Golden State Warriors among others.
