Brooklyn Nets are considered among the favorites to win the NBA title this season, as they continue to prevail in the Eastern Conference.
During a recent interview, Dell Curry talked about the Nets’ championship aspirations and the big three of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden.
“They want to win and they know they can’t do it themselves. They’ve got to sacrifice, and they’re mature enough to know how to do it. I think they’re the team of the East right now. Especially if they defend just a little bit. Two of those guys are going to be on every night. They’re going to have enough scorers with Joe Harris and guys.”
The Hornets’ commentator also praised Steve Nash for his work with the team as the Nets are tied for the best record in the East with Philadelphia.
Brooklyn, who is at 28-13 after their win vs. Indiana Wednesday, climbing at the top of the conference, despite playing without Kevin Durant and newly-acquired forward Blake Griffin.
